1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of confirmation in order to reserve and secure your order. We do not begin preparation until payment is received.

We accept Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and same-day cash payments by prior arrangement only. If a same-day cash payment has been agreed upon, customers must bring the exact amount, as we do not carry change.

2. Order Confirmation & Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and confirm all order details at the time of purchase, including items, quantities, pricing, pickup or delivery information, and any special instructions.

We are not responsible for errors, delays, or issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be issued once an order has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Any exceptions are not guaranteed and may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. Pickup, Delivery & No-Show Policy

Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed time. Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be discarded and are non-refundable.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for the food, including storage, handling, and consumption.

5. Food Safety, Handling & Storage

We prepare all food with care and proper safety standards. However, once food leaves our possession, we are not responsible for how it is handled, stored, reheated, or consumed.

Customers are responsible for proper refrigeration and food safety after pickup or delivery.

6. Allergies, Dietary Restrictions & Cross-Contact

Customers are responsible for informing us of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order.

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens, including but not limited to dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, soy, or cross-contact with other ingredients.

We are not responsible for any allergic reactions or dietary-related issues.

7. Ingredients, Substitutions & Availability

Menu items may vary slightly due to ingredient availability or preparation differences.

We reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions with similar ingredients when necessary to fulfill an order.

8. Pricing & Menu Changes

Prices, menu items, descriptions, and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

9. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from an order is strictly limited to the total amount paid for that specific order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to purchase, consumption, or handling of food.

10. Communication & Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure all communication and order details are accurate. We are not responsible for misunderstandings caused by unclear instructions or incorrect information provided by the customer.

11. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to fulfill orders due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, equipment failure, weather conditions, supply shortages, or emergencies.

12. Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
